This course addresses the ways that firms manage employment relationships, including staffing, training and development, compensation, performance appraisal, labor-management relations, employment law, career management, and job design. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to identify and address these topics from a general management perspective. Prerequisite: BBA 303.
