BIOS 833. Measurement for Statisticians. 3 Hours.

This course aims to introduce the theory and applications of measurement and psychometrics to students in the statistical sciences. The goal is for students to master the concepts of measurement theory, classical/modern test theory, reliability and validity, factor analysis, structural equation modeling, item response theory, and differential item functioning. Prerequisite: Corequisite: BIOS 835, or by permission of instructor. LEC.
