This course aims to provide an understanding of the basic concepts, institutions, and practices of international business, and their implications for business decision making. Topics include the causes and consequences of globalization, the political, economic, legal and socio-cultural differences across countries, and the institutional arrangements governing cross-border flows of trade, investment and intellectual property.
