PUAD 853. Policy Analysis. 3 Hours.
This course exposes students to the conceptual foundations and applied techniques associated with identifying, describing, and seeking solutions to public policy problems. Recognizing that it often occurs in a context where competing values and perspectives are often strongly held, students will learn the designs and methodologies to conduct policy analysis systematically and with minimal bias. Prerequisite: The completion of a graduate-level statistics class or instructor approval is required to enroll. LEC.
