Topics could include: the nature of public agencies and the roles of public executives, managers, and professionals; distinctions between public, private, and non-profit agencies in America and internationally; creating and managing organizational networks; leadership; work motivation; and the ethics of decision-making. Doctor of Philosophy in Public Administration
