STAT 850. Multivariate Statistics. 3 Hours.

This course will introduce the theory and methods of applied multivariate analysis. Topics include multivariate model formulation, multivariate normal distribution, Hotelling's T-square, multivariate analysis of variance, repeated measures analysis of variance, growth curves, discriminant analysis, classification analysis, principal components analysis, and cluster analysis. Prerequisites: STAT 820 or STAT 823, and STAT 840, or by permission of the instructor. LEC.
