The graduate certificate in Human and Organization Performance Effectiveness (HOPE) meets the evolving demands of today's working professionals responsible for improving the performance of organizations and individuals in organizations.
Students will gain a foundational understanding of the organizational performance effectiveness model and how to apply it to organizational misalignment and process changes. The certificate will offer the student an opportunity to focus on individual performance or organizational strategy. Students will be allowed to incorporate their work experience into their demonstration of their competence.
In addition to all University requirements for admission to graduate studies, students applying to the graduate certificate in Human and Organization Performance Effectiveness must follow these expectations:
Applicants with a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 do not need to submit supplemental application materials.
Applicants with a cumulative undergraduate GPA less than 3.0 may be considered for admission upon review of the following supplemental materials. These can be submitted with the application form to expedite the admission review process.

At the completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Identify, analyze, and plan interventions for performance misalignment using proven methods of analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of planned interventions for performance misalignment using proven methods of analysis.
- Identify, analyze, plan and evaluate either individual performance aligned with organizational goals and strategy or organizational systems aligned with organizational goals and strategy.
